No other course has been designed by an Oscar and Award winning make-up designer or had as much input by fellow make-up artists as this one.

You will be taught, not just what Christine feels is necessary but what the industry demands

Here are just some of the reasons why this course will be the best around.

We have created the ultimate course that reflects Christine Blundell's philosophy of providing you with the broadest of educations and the required skills with which to start out on your new career.

After extensive research, collating information from the advanced graduates, tutors and employers alike, we feel that we have come up with an excellent blend of learning and observation.

At CBMA we are constantly re evaluating what we do and how we do things. We feel to stay at the top we need to make sure what is being taught has resonance.

After five years as one of the most successful Make-up Academy’s we believe we have arrived at a critical point, by creating a brand new course: The Four Month Training Programme.

I am sure you are aware of our central ethos is: Family. We think it is important to learn from each-other and take note of any suggestions. We ask questions and we listen to our graduates during the courses and after their training. In particular to the graduates who are now Make-up Artists. What can we do to enhance the our training system?

What came loud and clear was more hair and period work. We have we feel come up with just a course. As with all the courses we embark upon; it is not what we think which is key but how the industry accepts the graduate and their skills.

If our phenomenally successful The Three Month Intensive Course Course and New Five Month Comprehensive Programmeare anything to go by, then this too will be a great success!!

The intensive schedule will begin upon the footings of the The Three Month Intensive Course. It will then move into period work(and focus on changing styles over the course of history) with emphasis on hair. As the industry changes it has become very clear that having skill with hair is equally important as skill with make-up. We hope that these additional weeks will be of great benefit to those who would like more experience in this field.

This course, we are sure that in addition to being prepared for work in the world of film and TV, CB*MA students will be confident going into the fields of Theatre and Fashion too.
