Hello and belated New Year greetings to any of you that read this that I have not seen yet in 2012!!

Our Three Month Foundation Course has begun and all the students have settled in well with their heads down and working hard. 

I have begun working on a group of half hour playhouses for Sprout production and Sky which are great fun.

Our first one, “King of the Teds” had Tom Jones, Alison Steadman and Brenda Blethyn; a Stella cast and a great story of old friends coming together after not seeing each other for 30 years.

Chloe and I had Jodie from the six month course with us on that and she did a great job as just finding the location was a trial!!

At the start of January we did another called “City Hall”, which we filmed mostly in sky studios with Olivia Williams and Rashan Stone. Scarlett assisted and joined us from the last course.

The present one, where I am filming now, we have Emma Thompson playing the Queen and Eddie Marsan playing the intruder who got into her bedroom in the 80's. The film is called “Walking the Dogs” we have Annabel also from the December graduates doing great work and acting like professionals on set, I am pleased to say !,

We have a couple more to film in the coming weeks.

The films themselves run for four days each all very low budget but as you can see they have managed to secure a pretty awesome cast.

I have to head up to set now but I will try to update this blog before we start on Bridget jones which lesa and Chloe will be joining me on x
